Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, schedules, ticketing, and baggage services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight status, delays, cancellations, and policies.
• Assist passengers with resolving issues such as booking modifications, refunds, and special service requests.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with airline departments to coordinate passenger services and improve customer experiences.
• Stay updated with airline policies, industry regulations, and travel advisories to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems and customer service software is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation package provided.
