🚀 Cold Email Marketing Manager (Full Ownership | High Budget | Performance Role)
💰 $2,500 – $5,000/month + performance bonuses

We’re looking for a true cold email operator who can come in and own outbound from day one.

This is NOT a beginner role. Not looking for someone who’s “learning” or “testing things out.”
We want someone who has already generated real results and knows how to build, launch, and scale cold email systems that actually convert.

🎯 Your Mission

Generate consistent, qualified sales calls for our sales team.

KPI:
👉 Book 1–3+ qualified calls per day (minimum)

You won’t be alone either
We have a dedicated setter to help call and qualify leads 📞

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the entire cold email system from A to Z
• Set up domains, inboxes, and infrastructure
• Build and execute campaign strategy
• Write or direct high-converting copy ✍️
• Handle warm up and deliverability
• Launch campaigns and monitor performance daily
• Test, optimize, and scale what’s working 📈
• Track metrics and continuously improve results

Basic requirements

• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
