And we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist (Expert) to start immediately!


What you’ll be doing:
  • Create social media posts (3x per week minimum) including reels/videos for restaurant client
  • Manage and run all social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Drive customer engagement, respond to comments/messages, coordinate reservations
  • Set up new social media pages from scratch (Facebook page approval process)
  • Create boosts/paid campaigns (client pays Facebook separately)
  • Potentially assist with other clients' posting (not engagement-focused, just posting)


Requirements:
•  5+ years experience required If you enjoy creating content, engaging with communities, and working with fun, lifestyle brands
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained
 

Software Tools and Websites Required:

  • Cloud Campaign (for scheduling posts and content) - Must be trained
  • Canva (for content creation) - Expert level experience required
  • Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) - Expert level experience required
  • OpenTable (restaurant reservation platform) - Awareness needed
  • Yelp
  • Trip Advisor

Software Tools and Websites Client Willing to Train:

  • Cloud Campaign (scheduling and posting platform)
  • New CRM system (currently being set up)
 
 
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Part Time Rate: ₱42,000 to ₱ 46,000 /month plus HMO
Work Schedule: 9 am to 6pm CST (FULL TIME)
Work Location: Home-based Remote
