Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on real estate and property management. The Business Analyst will work closely with our management team to identify and analyze business needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to improve our overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain business requirements and specifications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Identify and evaluate potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business operations

- Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to management

- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and real estate market

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

- Knowledge of real estate and property management processes and systems is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
