Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Provide product information and promote available services or promotions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to remain patient and professional in stressful situations.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
