Position Overview:

As a Product Manager / Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps and high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in gathering requirements and defining user stories will be vital as you oversee the product lifecycle, particularly focusing on web-based platforms and API-driven ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaboration: Partner with developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to ensure software deliverables align with client expectations and strategic goals.
- Requirement Engineering: Design, document, and maintain comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web and mobile applications.
- Product Strategy: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and the "testing pyramid" of user needs.
- Validation & UAT: Participate in the implementation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that documented results meet the "Definition of Done."
- Proactive Leadership: Embrace an autonomous approach to problem-solving, identifying market trends and proactively suggesting product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Requirement Management: Proven experience in business analysis, including process mapping, requirement gathering, and technical documentation.
- Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of the Agile framework and experience acting as a bridge between business and dev teams.
- Technical Literacy: Experience working with web applications, understanding of REST APIs, and familiarity with technical constraints.
- Analysis: Ability to conduct root cause analysis for business process bottlenecks and pinpoint underlying user experience issues.
- Workflow Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing).

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Technical Background: Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis or experience working with C#/.NET or React environments.
- Product Discovery: Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) to visualize requirements.
- Metrics & Data: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) to drive data-informed decisions.
