Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media & Creator Partnerships Manager to run the Instagram & TikTok profiles for our fashion/ streetwear e-commerce brands and help scale their organic presence through UGC and influencer collaborations.

You’ll manage 3-4 brand accounts simultaneously from day one, with full ownership of content calendars, creator sourcing, and community engagement across all of them. Your goal is to grow each brand’s organic presence, build a reliable pipeline of creator content, and drive traffic that converts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern social media actually grows brands: creator partnerships, short-form content, and consistent organic distribution.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Content & Publishing: Plan and publish weekly content calendars across Instagram and TikTok. Post Reels, TikTok videos, and Stories. Coordinate with designers and editors when needed.
  • Community Management: Manage daily interactions across Instagram and TikTok. Respond to comments, DMs, and story replies. Maintain consistent brand voice in all public and private interactions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track content performance and engagement metrics. Optimize posting strategy based on what’s working. Flag important conversations, feedback, or issues to the team.

What You’ll Build Over Time

  • Creator Pipeline: Source and organize UGC content from creators. Build a consistent, repeatable pipeline of creator-generated content for both organic and paid use.
  • Creator Partnerships: Identify and research relevant influencers and creators. Manage outreach via Instagram, TikTok, and email. Negotiate collaborations (product seeding, UGC, affiliate deals). Track relationships and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Content Library: Coordinate content usage across organic social and paid ads. Maintain an organized asset library that the paid team can pull from.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English. We especially welcome native English speakers based in our target regions.
  • Link to 2-3 Instagram or TikTok accounts you personally managed, with a brief note on what you did and what changed (required — applications without this will not be reviewed)
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Strong understanding of short-form content and UGC
  • Comfortable doing daily outreach to creators
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously (agency or freelance multi-client)
  • Experience with fashion/streetwear brands
