About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Manager to help shape and elevate a fast-growing brand’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. This role is ideal for a strong storyteller who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about turning ideas, long-form content, and real moments into compelling social-first content.

You will work closely with creative teams, producers, and on-camera talent to craft engaging narratives, grow audience engagement, and maintain a consistent and high-quality brand voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and refine captions, short-form scripts, and social copy tailored to each platform
  • Develop and execute social-first content strategies focused on engagement, conversation, and audience growth (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Engage actively with the audience by responding to comments, fostering discussion, and representing the brand voice with warmth and professionalism
  • Collaborate with producers, creatives, and cross-functional teams to align messaging, priorities, and publishing timelines
  • Work directly with on-camera talent during filming to capture authentic, platform-native content
  • Identify and repurpose high-impact moments from podcasts, archival footage, and long-form content into short-form social clips
  • Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines, tone, and voice—regardless of source or creator
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and optimize content strategy accordingly
  • Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and evolving content formats

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, personality, media company, or agency
  • Exceptional writing skills, especially for captions and short-form scripts
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and providing editorial/creative feedback
  • Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a brand or creator
  • Working knowledge of YouTube and TikTok (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with on-camera talent and cross-functional creative teams
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Growth-minded, collaborative, and clear communicator
