Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 750000 (ie INR 6 - 7.5 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Remote (India)

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include

Defining and maintaining our voice as a credible, authentic, and trustworthy brand on social media
Developing storylines focused on habits, behavior change, and sustainable weight loss
Creating and managing the content calendar across campaigns, community engagement, and trending topics
Collaborating with designers to transform ideas into attention-grabbing content
Monitoring weekly performance and quickly making adjustments as needed
Transforming client experiences into compelling proof points such as testimonials, case studies, and belief shifts
Handling queries on the Founder’s social media accounts

Who you are

You have built a brand’s social media presence from the ground up, not just maintained an existing one
You share our philosophy: no quick fixes or guilt, only consistency and striving to be a little better than yesterday
You are a storyteller who turns genuine moments into content that resonates emotionally
You naturally understand how brand voice, audience needs, and platform dynamics intersect
Bonus: You have insight into how people think about habits, weight loss, and self-image
