Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join their marketing team and contribute to the execution of innovative social media campaigns that engage audiences and drive brand awareness. This role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and optimizing social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create and schedule engaging and relevant content tailored to each social media channel.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and conversations to foster community engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align social content with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Support paid social media advertising campaigns as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in social media management or as a Social Media Specialist.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media data and draw actionable insights.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.

Preferred:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign optimization.
