The Program Manager, HEDIS/AMP is responsible for owning and operating the end-to-end execution model for the AMP program, while supporting strategic alignment with broader HEDIS quality reporting initiatives.
This role serves as the central point of accountability for AMP program delivery, ensuring timelines are predictable, scalable, and resilient in a highly regulated, client-facing environment. The Program Manager designs and maintains a structured, capacity-aware execution framework that ensures operational rigor, reduces delivery risk, and enables program growth.
Success in this role requires strong operational judgment, disciplined execution under fixed deadlines, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex healthcare quality requirements into executable delivery plans.
