We’ve grown to millions in revenue over five years through organic word of mouth and community alone — no paid marketing, no growth team.
This is our first marketing hire, which means two things:
Scope of the role:
You’ll own the full customer lifecycle — from the moment someone signs up to the moment they become a repeat buyer and advocate.
You’ll also act as the connective tissue of our community, helping mentors and mentees tell their stories and stay engaged.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You’re not managing a team or writing briefs — you’re in the tools, building sequences, running experiments, and shipping weekly.

Everything you do ladders up to revenue.
We’ll set clear targets together — including activation rate, session volume, retention, and GMV growth — and you’ll have the autonomy to figure out how to hit them.
Lifecycle is the first priority, but this role will have the opportunity to take on acquisition as well.
