We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to join our dynamic team within the Information Technology and Services industry. In this key leadership role, you will drive financial planning, manage budgeting and forecasting, oversee reporting and compliance, and contribute directly to the company’s growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of financial operations including accounting, compliance, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including product development, sales, and operations to align financial goals with business strategies.
• Drive financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess business performance and inform investment initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the Information Technology or SaaS industries.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience managing complex financial operations and improving financial processes and controls.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders professionally.
