As the Director of Performance Marketing at Airalo, you'll own how we deploy marketing spend to drive efficient growth. This is not a channel execution role. It’s a role focused on allocation, decision making, and building systems that scale what works.
You’ll be responsible for deciding where we invest across markets and channels, how we scale, and what actually drives incremental growth. You will manage a multi million dollar global budget and continuously answer: “Where should the next dollar go?”
This role requires making tradeoffs with imperfect data. Not every decision will be clean or obvious. The expectation is to make clear calls anyway and own the outcome.
