At Sword Health, data isn’t just support — it’s how we improve care.
As a Product Data Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and clinical impact. You’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians to understand how members experience their pelvic health journey — and how we can make it better.
Your role is to turn real user behaviour into meaningful insights that improve engagement, adherence, and health outcomes. From how members onboard, to how they progress through their programs, your work will help shape the decisions that impact thousands of women every day.
You’ll be responsible for the full analytics cycle — helping define what to measure, ensuring we capture the right data, analyzing what’s happening, and translating it into clear recommendations that guide the product forward.
Bloom is a women's health solution that blends AI and clinical expertise to support women in every stage of life, anytime, anywhere. As a Head of Product for Bloom, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the product that has already changed the lives of thousands of women across the U.S. Your mission will be to lead Bloom's innovative, user-centric product, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that drives high patient engagement and meaningful improvements in women’s health outcomes.
