AI Lead

We are looking for an AI Lead who can bridge business problems and AI solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and the capability to lead AI initiatives with clients from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate brings 9 to 12 years of experience with a background in consulting, analytics, or AI-led solutioning.

·      Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities

·      Translate business problems into AI-driven solution approaches

·      Define pilot scope, success metrics, and value realization frameworks

·      Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams

·      Present solution demos, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership

·      Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

·      Strong understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals

·      Experience in solution architecture and AI workflow design

·      Strong business communication and storytelling skills

·      Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions

·      Product thinking and outcome-oriented mindset

·      Strong communicator and structured thinker

·      Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles

·      Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity

·      9 to 12 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or AI-led solutioning

·      Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
