Position Overview:

As a Renewal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and renewing contracts with existing clients. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and renew contracts with existing clients, including negotiating terms and pricing.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.

- Track and report on contract renewals and revenue targets to management.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
