Position Summary
CSN Collision is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to grow and manage insurance partnerships across the U.S.
This is a high-impact, performance-based role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating new opportunities, and managing key relationships with insurance partners.
You will be part of a collaborative team, but this role requires a high level of independence, ownership, and accountability. While some leads and support will be provided, the successful candidate will take initiative in creating their own opportunities, building relationships, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Ownership
Take full ownership of your pipeline and proactively generate new business opportunities
Identify, target, and secure new insurance carrier partnerships across the U.S.
Conduct independent research and outreach to build a strong, consistent pipeline
Leverage industry networks, referrals, and creative prospecting strategies to generate leads
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Account Management & Relationship Growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance partners
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase referral volume
Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction through proactive communication
Performance & Accountability
Take ownership of individual performance, targets, and results
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment
Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and performance
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to drive success
Strategic Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, leadership) to align on partner expectations
Support execution of company growth strategies and insurer initiatives
Share market insights and feedback to help improve overall performance
Market Intelligence & Industry Engagement
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and insurer expectations
Build relationships with key decision-makers within insurance organizations
Represent CSN at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Contracting & Negotiation
Lead negotiations with insurance partners
Develop proposals and agreements aligned with business objectives
Support forecasting and pipeline reporting
Travel Requirements
Travel across the United States for client meetings, industry events, and partnership development
Estimated travel: ~25%
Flexibility for occasional short-notice travel
Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance partnerships
Proven ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline from scratch
Strong background in the automotive, insurance, or related industries (preferred)
Experience managing both new business development and client relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
