Role  

The selected candidates will work closely with the UAE Senior Operations Specialists and the team to manage day-to-day operations, supporting the business during peak operational hours. The role will largely follow the existing Operations function, with a focus on admin support, customer experience, and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Admin panel support and inventory updates 

• Customer service and player support  

• Operational assistance during peak hours

• Other ad hoc operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management  

• Excellent English communication skills  
• Strong attention to detail 
• Passion for customer service  
• Friendly positive attitude and team player  
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma  
• Interest in football is a BIG PLUS  
• Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS 

Other Details  

The position will be virtual (Philippines-based) and requires working 3–4 days per week, supporting operations during peak hours, especially UAE evenings.
