As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable solutions, with a strong focus on APIs, back-end systems, and data-driven decisions. Your mission is to build solid technical foundations that enhance digital products and ensure seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into clear technical solutions. • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts and ensuring alignment. • Analyze and support API-based solutions (REST, SOAP), including defining response structures with Tech Leads. • Use tools like Bruno or Insomnia to test and validate APIs. • Gather, elicit, and document functional and non-functional requirements, especially in API contexts. • Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and functional designs. • Analyze data (e.g., SQL, OpenSearch) to support decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. • Facilitate workshops, refinements, and technical discussions. • Support backlog prioritization with TPOs/BPOs. • Use JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in digital environments. • Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations. • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Bruno, Insomnia, Postman). • Ability to analyze data and support decisions (SQL or similar). • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management. • Experience with JIRA and Confluence. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent English communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
