Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support Phase 2 and Phase 3 of a large-scale Salesforce transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in consolidating multiple legacy Salesforce instances into a single, standardized, and enhanced platform while decommissioning outdated tools, portals, and systems used by customer support and sales teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader who has strong Salesforce implementation experience and can provide immediate support to leadership, and drive execution across multiple workstreams to consolidate changes and enhance the platform. This is a remote role that will require occasional travel to the client site in Houston, Texas. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer. Please note that we do not work C2C.

Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an estimated base compensation range of $125k-135k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
