Job Title: Account Executive (English Markets)

Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Work Hours: PST

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a driven and high-performing Account Executive to support their expansion across English-speaking markets.

In this role, you will manage a hybrid inbound and outbound pipeline, engage with TikTok creators and agencies, and close opportunities within a fast-growing creator management platform. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, driving revenue, and contributing to the platform’s growth.

Responsibilities:

Pipeline Ownership

  • Manage a hybrid inbound and outbound pipeline
  • Respond quickly to inbound creator inquiries
  • Prospect and engage creators through structured outbound campaigns
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene within HubSpot CRM

Multi-Channel Outreach

  • Execute daily outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Run high-volume, structured outreach campaigns targeting creators

Creator Relationship Development

  • Build strong relationships with TikTok creators and agencies
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess partnership fit
  • Guide creators through onboarding readiness conversations
  • Clearly communicate and position the platform’s value

Sales Performance

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain consistent follow-up across prospects
  • Accurately track pipeline activity and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful onboarding

Creator & Brand Coordination

  • Coordinate with brands and creators on campaigns, events, and retreats
  • Support relationship management and communication between stakeholders
  • Assist with outreach, sourcing, and initial negotiation with creators

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, SDR, or similar sales role
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound pipelines
  • Experience working with TikTok creators, influencers, or agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp and other channels
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume outreach environment
