Experience with LLMs, voice AI, or agent systems.

Miscellaneous

Able to spend significant time in SF (remote-flexible but SF presence required).

Currently in an active IC engineering role (not managing).

Visible career velocity (e.g., fast promotions or clearly increasing scope across roles).

Traits to avoid

Has been in pure people management for the past 2+ years.

Job hopping patterns (2 or more recent 1 year stints).

Infra/DevOps-heavy background with limited product delivery.

Extensive time spent in big tech.

What you'll do:

• Build agents: Design and ship multi-modal AI agents (browser, voice, text, APIs) that outperform human workers at complex healthcare workflows
• Ship to customers: Work directly with health system operators to understand their workflows, deploy solutions, and drive financial impact
• Design eval infrastructure: Build rigorous evaluation frameworks to systematically measure and improve agent quality across every customer
• Shape platform strategy: Identify cross-customer patterns that guide Omni's agent platform. Evaluate and integrate the latest AI advancements as they emerge
• Scale core infrastructure: Build the agent infrastructure layer (context engineering, tool orchestration, memory, evals) that allows agents to operate across the entire healthcare revenue cycle
