Challenges:
-Execute and govern integration standards defined by Solution Architecture
-Operate and manage API and integration platforms
-Ensure API and integration security
-Ensure end-to-end integration observability
-Support synchronous and asynchronous integrations
-Enable teams and vendors on integrations
-Ensure reliability and quality of integrations

Skills
-Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
-REST API Design and Development: OpenAPI/Swagger, API versioning, authentication patterns
-Integration in microservices architecture
-API Management with Azure APIM
- API Gateway Patterns: Rate limiting, caching, request/response transformation
-Version control with Git
-Monitoring and Observability: metrics, alerts and dashboards
-Infrastructure as a code (IaC) with Terraform

Nice to have
-API Analytics: Usage patterns, performance optimization
-Experience with SaaS integrations (SAP, Salesforce)

Soft Skills 
-Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, and English
-Ability to work with external partners and vendors
-Documentation and knowledge sharing capabilities
