🏢 Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, marketing execution, and light sales activities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you’ll play a key part in keeping priorities on track, ensuring team alignment, and supporting marketing and outbound efforts.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate marketing lists and databases
  • Keep the executive organized, on track, and aligned with key priorities
  • Help ensure the team stays aligned, accountable, and follows through on tasks
  • Assist with quoting, SOP development, and general operational support

Light Outbound / Prospecting Support

  • Assist with cold calling, including initial outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings
  • Follow structured scripts and accurately track outcomes
  • Maintain and update CRM and contact lists with clear and detailed notes

Social Media & Marketing Execution

  • Schedule and manage social media posts across different platforms
  • Assist with basic marketing automation workflows (email campaigns, follow-ups, list segmentation)
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes—and improve them where needed
  • Comfortable helping enforce operational discipline and accountability across the team
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Background in marketing, sales support, or operations
  • Experience in an MSP, B2B services, or structured service environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Autotask, IT Glue, or CRM/marketing platforms is a strong plus
