As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services and properties

- Schedule appointments and showings for clients with our agents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

- Assist with the preparation of documents and contracts for clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible service to our clients

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the real estate industry

- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Knowledge of the Jonesboro area and real estate market is a plus

- Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
