Our client is a U.S. retention marketing agency that provides fractional head-of-retention services to CPG subscription brands. They operate inside our clients' businesses, owning the systems, flows, and strategy that keep subscribers around longer and spending more. The work is methodical, high-leverage, and (intentionally) boring. They are a small, senior team that moves fast and holds a high bar for execution.
We are looking for a Project Manager to be the operational backbone of the agency. You will own the systems that keep client work moving, internal communication tight, and nothing falling through the cracks. This is not a passive, check-the-box PM role. You will be the person who makes sure the right work happens on time, every week, across every client.

They should not also be the ones chasing down action items and updating project trackers. This role exists so that our client-facing team can stay focused on the highest-value strategic work while you make sure the operational machine runs clean.
