Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general service issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new cultural experiences.
