Ubiminds is supporting a US-based product organization modernizing a Management platform, focused on building shared core services to accelerate scalability, security, and consistency across the product suite.
 
Challenge
 
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in .NET ecosystem to help build scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications. This role involves hands on development, implementation, troubleshooting and focus on architecture & design, planning and AI-powered workflows.
 
 
 
Mandatory Skills:
  • 5+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, etc).

  • Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc), or equivalent practical work experience.

 

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience modernizing Web Forms or similar server-rendered architectures.

  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization.

  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments (EC2, S3, SES, etc.).

  • Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL.

  • Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., MCP, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

  • Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) in traditional web environments.

 

Engineering Practices

  • Strong troubleshootingdebugging, and performance optimization skills.

  • Experience writing unit and integration tests.

  • Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment.

  • Committed to delivering high-quality code with a strong focus on quality and reliability.

  • Self-driven, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively across teams.

  • Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).

 

AI & Modern Development

  • Willingness to embrace AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts such as LLMsMCPRAG, etc.
