Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. As a Graphic Designer at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our services. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop eye-catching designs for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a consistent brand image and message across all platforms

- Create and design graphics for our website, including banners, icons, and other visual elements

- Design print materials such as business cards, brochures, and flyers

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure our designs are current and eye-catching

- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

- Brainstorm and present creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all designs align with the overall brand strategy and goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a plus
