Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Thesalonhype. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for our various marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, packaging, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create eye-catching and effective visuals for our marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, packaging, and advertisements

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand image and messaging

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and engaging

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Work closely with the product development team to create packaging designs that are both attractive and functional

- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to the team and stakeholders

- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy

- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the final product meets our standards and specifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or beauty industry

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize projects

- Knowledge of print production and packaging design is a plus
