Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Provide support for other design needs, such as website updates and product packaging

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Experience with video and animation is a plus
