Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, both digital and print. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through your exceptional design skills. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week, and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials such as social media graphics, website banners, email marketing templates, flyers, brochures, and more

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity

- Use your knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout to create visually appealing and effective designs

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs

- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely and accurate production of materials

- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and materials

- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work

- Knowledge of digital design best practices and experience designing for social media platforms

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
