Design and execute international creative across retail, OOH, digital, and brand collateral while maintaining consistency across global assets
Translate existing brand campaigns into localized retail artwork while ensuring layouts remain elevated and on-brand across all markets
Design visual merchandising assets for retail in international markets, including gondolas, in-store window placements, fixtures, and other in-store activations
Design brand collateral such as event merchandise, signage, and other experiential materials
Create out-of-home creative for global markets, including wild postings, billboards, subway wraps, and other placements
Design e-commerce assets, including homepage banners, PDP imagery, promotional graphics, and campaign materials
Edit and adapt video content for retail placements, paid social, and digital channels
Maintain brand integrity across every touchpoint while navigating language expansion and format constraints
Partner with Retail, Marketing, and International teams to ensure creative consistency and on-time delivery
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements
2–4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or a design-led brand
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong typography skills and a deep understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and composition
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines
