Job Description
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of AI-driven software solutions, collaborating closely with teams across the USA, CA, CO, and Brazil. Advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients throughout the workday.
This position will play a crucial role in assessing the client’s current architecture and providing expert guidance across core AI and machine learning technologies, including frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services, to drive business value in client's industry. You will act as a bridge between the client’s leadership and technical/business personnel from various departments within the client’s organization (business, product owners, and engineering stakeholders).
Key Responsibilities:
Be proactive and communicative, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Solve complex problems using a variety of AI techniques and methods, evaluating different solution options and documenting the rationale for architectural decisions.
Lead the technical team in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of AI applications, leveraging new technologies and methodologies.
Work on diverse projects for different clients across various subject matter domains, focusing on implementing AI solutions that meet specific needs.
Participate in design and architecture discussions and reviews, contributing AI expertise to shape effective solutions.
Ensure that AI solutions adhere to security, ethical, and performance best practices.
Create and maintain design documentation and other necessary artifacts for clients, detailing AI architectures and processes.
Communicate effectively with customer team members to align on technical solutions and ensure successful implementation of AI projects.
Understand client requirements and develop viable AI solutions by selecting appropriate frameworks and tools
