What You Bring
Minimum of 8 years building and scaling a creative marketing function from the early stages of high-growth US-based B2B startups (seed/series A - through Series D). Over 5 years of management experience across creative and marketing departments. Fintech/finance industry a major plus.
Strong competency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and creative Ai. tools, all while keeping the pulse on evolving software and tools in the field.
Management over web-development software such as content management software (CMS) and hosts (PMTs), while maintaining optimal accessibility improvements ensuring human-value, reporting and legalities are thoughtfully considered across WCAG, ADA and AODA.
Excellent project-management skills, with knowledge of building and training teams on task-management software (Asana, Jira, Monday, etc).
Knowledgeable when working with council through trademarking legalities, and process management.
Experience managing video talent, production-days, event crews, with on-the-fly problem solving and carefully crafted run-of-show management.
Prior experience working at an agency, and managing ad-creative across channels such as out-of-home, programmatic, affiliate, paid, organic, influencer, sponsorship and more… is a plus.
Expert verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present and get buy-in at all levels of the organization.
The ability to source, hire and retain top talent with positive-team experiences.
