Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized inside administrative specialist/project coordinator for our team. This position is essential for monitoring client interactions and guaranteeing effective communication.
Intake Management:
- Respond to initial questions from clients and obtain relevant data.
- Assure that all client data is appropriately entered into and maintained within our systems.
- Utilizing Google Calendar, arrange and manage appointments.
- Verify that all appointments are confirmed and scheduling conflicts are handled.
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication with clients and team members.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all clients while using an American accent.
- Manage spreadsheets, emails, and documents with Google Suite.
- Help the team by providing additional administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Track record in a related position.
- Google Suite proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Proficient in written and spoken English with an American accent.
- Excellent detail-oriented and organizational abilities.
- The capacity for autonomous work and efficient time management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer service or administrative support.
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
