Rockstar is recruiting for a stealth-mode company making it easier for anyone to start and scale new healthcare businesses by simplifying compliance. They form all required healthcare legal entities nationally, secure collaborating physicians, expedite insurance contracts, and offer additional compliance supports. This process saves companies over $100k and many months, enabling more innovation and affordable care in healthcare. The leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company that raised over $15M and sold to a large incumbent. The ultimate goal of the Client Success team is to create a good client experience and maintain that relationship. They are the starting point for client engagements and are passionate about nurturing client relationships.
About the Role
The business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers, backed by top Silicon Valley investors. Their clients currently serve over 2 million patient lives and manage over $10 billion in annual medical spend. With this growth, they are looking for an individual to step up as a Client Success Manager, working directly with their leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:
- Leading cross-functional projects that are leadership’s top priority, working closely with the CEO.
- Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states.
- Owning relationships with the leaders of the multi-state healthcare companies they support, guiding them through their onboarding.
- Creatively building processes, structures, systems, and automations to help them work more effectively and reach the next 10x of scale.
- Being the face of the company to different external stakeholders (clients, State Medical Boards, Insurance Payers, Candidates, Physicians).
- Guiding new clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.
- Managing client communications, including attending meetings, addressing inquiries, and handling calls with professionalism and care.
- Building strong client relationships by fostering trust, delivering a positive experience, and providing proactive, solutions-focused support.
