The Opportunity 

As an Senior Account Executive at Thomas, you’ll be responsible for driving new business. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and ensuring long-term client success. 

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Business Development Associates (BDAs) to qualify opportunities, strengthen pipeline quality, and deliver seamless handovers that accelerate results. 

This role is ideal for a consultative seller who loves uncovering customer challenges, aligning powerful solutions, and creating meaningful partnerships that deliver measurable growth. You’ll combine industry insight with commercial acumen to help organisations unlock the full potential of their people through Thomas’s AI-powered solutions. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Win new business – build and grow relationships within your chosen sector, from first meeting to signed contract. 
  • Partner with BDAs – collaborate to refine outreach, qualify leads, and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline. 
  • Deliver impact – present tailored, insight-driven demos that show how Thomas’s AI-powered solutions transform organisations. 
  • Own your pipeline – maintain accurate forecasting, strong CRM discipline, and consistent deal progression
  • Stay ahead of your market – analyse trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape sales strategies. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Influence innovation – bring customer insights that help us refine and improve our AI platform and product roadmap.

Requirements

About You 

  • Proven sales experience  
  • Consultative sales approach with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Track record of success selling SaaS or digital solutions. 
  • Commercially savvy, results-driven, and collaborative in approach. 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
