Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia. This is a great opportunity for individuals fluent in Dutch or Flemish who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will be the main point of contact for our Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients with product inquiries, order issues, and service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and relevant policies to offer accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
