As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and efficiently

- Provide information about our services and assist clients with their inquiries

- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

- Keep up-to-date with company policies, services, and promotions

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
