Sales Development Representative, Inbound (Fleet Telematics)

We're looking for an Inbound Fleet Sales Specialist who knows how to turn genuine interest into confident buying decisions. You understand that fleet operators aren't just buying a device, they’re trusting you with how their business runs.

You'll work real-time web inquiries from fleet operators and small business owners evaluating Bouncie for multiple vehicles. Your job is to listen well, communicate clearly, and guide prospects from first question to first purchase.

This is a consultative role, not a hard-sell one. The right person leads with helpfulness and closes with trust.

What you'll do ›

Manage inbound inquiries from initial interest through quote, follow-up, and purchase.
Guide inbound inquiries through product capabilities, pricing, and deployment.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational needs.
Deliver a consultative buying experience that builds customer confidence.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Support existing accounts with post-sale follow-up and inquiries
Identify recurring questions and share feedback to improve messaging and onboarding.

Requirements

Experience in inside sales, inbound sales, or a customer-facing role.
Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced inbound environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM or sales pipeline tools.
Experience with Fleet Solution is highly preferred

Interest in connected vehicles is a plus.
