At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Software Architect to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Fullstack Software Architect, you will lead the design and development of scalable solutions, leveraging your expertise in Java and Node.js to refine software development practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will engage in complex problem-solving activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architect innovative and scalable solutions in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Leverage Expertise across Java and Node.js ecosystems to refine software development practices.
• Engage in Problem-Solving to architect modern distributed systems with a deep conceptual understanding.
• Drive Engineering Excellence by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resilient code with low defect rates.
• Act as a Technical Lead to enable the development team in building, enhancing, and maintaining mission-critical applications.
• Create & Maintain the Product Backlog by translating user stories into manageable architectural tasks.
• Communicate Effectively with stakeholders to align on technical solutions, ensuring adherence to security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

• Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Backend development using Java (e.g., Spring Boot) and Node.js (e.g., NestJS, Express).
• Proven ability to define and implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
• Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and train other developers.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Cloud environments, and DevOps culture.
• Ability to create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and code complex architectural mechanisms.

Essential Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Strong understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with testing strategies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
