Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-facing Project Manager to serve as the operational and communication hub across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong blend of project management and account management expertise — ensuring seamless execution of deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, proactively managing client relationships, and aligning internal teams to meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management across multiple DTC and e-commerce client accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and strong relationship management
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule
  • Lead client onboarding processes, including handling access to ad accounts, analytics platforms, Shopify, and other tools
  • Coordinate daily communication across internal teams and clients via Slack and other platforms
  • Document meetings, action items, and next steps with clear and timely follow-ups
  • Track project progress in ClickUp and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, and strategists to ensure alignment on client goals and execution
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards

  • On-time delivery of client projects and campaigns
  • Client satisfaction and retention across managed accounts
  • Efficiency and organization of project workflows within ClickUp
  • Quality and clarity of client communication and internal coordination
  • Ability to proactively manage and resolve project risks

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management and account management within an agency, DTC brand, or e-commerce environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Strong proficiency in ClickUp is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and implement solutions before escalation
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Proficiency in tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
