Position: Computer User Support Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$110/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to the role of a Computer User Support Specialist.
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of AI-generated content for technical support.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model training and evaluation.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Computer User Support Specialist.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
