Position: Compliance Officer
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $80–$140/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: Short term sprint
Commitment: High numbers of hours available

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a Compliance Officer.
• Work independently and asynchronously around your schedule.
• Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
• Engage in a short term sprint with high availability for work hours.
• Collaborate with a leading AI company to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Compliance Officer.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

• We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
• Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
