Position: Red Team Specialist
Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work
Compensation: $56/hour
Location: Remote; Geography restricted to USA & Europe

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI models for vulnerabilities by conducting jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases.
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
• Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing.
• Document findings reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases for customer action.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Fluent Language Skills Required: Native-level fluency in English & German.
• Prior experience in red teaming, AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
• Strong communication skills to explain risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with Adversarial ML techniques such as jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, and model extraction.
• Background in Cybersecurity including penetration testing, exploit development, and reverse engineering.
• Knowledge of socio-technical risk, harassment/disinfo probing, and abuse analysis.
