About the Role

Our client is seeking an elite, hunter-style Orthodontic Sales Representative to join as one of the founding members of the sales team. This is a unique opportunity to own a territory, build momentum quickly, and play a key role in scaling a disruptive platform within the orthodontic market.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring new orthodontic accounts, leveraging your existing relationships with high-volume orthodontists, and driving adoption of a next-generation digital treatment planning platform. You will position the company’s technology as a superior clinical and operational solution, helping orthodontic practices improve treatment precision, workflow efficiency, and overall outcomes.

This role is ideal for a driven, startup-minded sales professional who is energized by building pipeline, winning new business, and competing in a fast-paced market. Success in this role will require the ability to ramp quickly, generate immediate traction, and confidently engage sophisticated clinical buyers in conversations around biomechanics, digital workflows, and treatment planning.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Proven hunter-style sales track record selling directly into orthodontic practices
  • Existing book of business with high-volume orthodontists
  • Experience selling disruptive or innovative technology in a competitive market
  • Startup mindset with the ability to work autonomously, be resourceful, and generate pipeline within the first 60 days
  • Strong understanding of clear aligner systems, digital dentistry, and clinical treatment planning
  • Ability to speak confidently about advanced biomechanics and digital workflow economics
  • Ability to ramp quickly and make an immediate impact


Compensation:

  • Base salary: $100,000–$110,000
  • Total compensation at plan: $180,000–$190,000 uncapped
  • Variable compensation: approximately $80,000
  • Car allowance: mileage reimbursement
