We are looking for a content writer with impressive knowledge of Quality Assurance who can develop and write content on every quality assurance topic.

We're revolutionizing software testing with the backing of top Silicon Valley investors. We need your help in letting the world know. We are looking for that specific driven human being who wants to make an impact on the world by changing the way software is tested.

Responsibilities

• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers
• Edit content made by other members of the team
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
• Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
• Research, create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
• 5+ years’ industry experience as a quality assurance engineer

• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
