Position Overview
The Solutions Account Manager at Slip Robotics is a strategic role focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing innovative robotic solutions to meet their operational challenges. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, identifying solution areas, and facilitating successful implementation of our robotics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen and sales expertise, with a keen understanding of logistics operations.
Key responsibilities include managing the entire customer journey — from initial engagement and needs assessment to project deployment and ongoing support. The Solutions Account Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of our technology, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.
This role is pivotal in advocating for customer interests within Slip Robotics while also identifying growth opportunities that align with solutions we can offer.
